The purpose of this FOA is to call for applications for investigator-initiated H3Africa Research Projects. An H3Africa Research Project is a discrete, specified, circumscribed research project, conducted by a single investigator or multiple investigators, that employs state-of-the-art genomics approaches and relates to the study of genetic and/or environmental contributors to specific health condition(s) or disease(s) relevant to African populations.
