What does the claim really mean? The first step in the process is to make sure we understand exactly what is being claimed. Here’s the claim as it appears on the Lush website. “Now in a self-preserving formula” And if you watch the video that Fernanda mentioned you’ll see Helen Ambrosen form Lush talk about the product in more detail. She says the following: “Lush formulas are balanced to be self preserving.” “Self preserving means the product keeps its self clean.”
