Idiopathic Pneumatosis Intestinalis Requiring Decompressive Laparotomy.

CONCLUSION: Pneumatosis intestinalis and hepatic portal venous gas are radiographic findings that can be associated with bowel ischemia. The clinical status of the patient should guide operative management.
