The regional evaluation of cardiac sympathetic nervous system dysfunction and inflammatory lesion for sarcoidosis patients
Conclusions CS patients showed higher FDG uptake and lower RI than non-CS patients. The regional analysis demonstrated the significant correlation between FDG uptake and SNS dysfunction. The FDG uptake region was larger than SNS dysfunction region in the patients without a history of steroid therapy. SNS dysfunction may persist even the FDG uptake was decreased after steroid therapy. $$graphic_688B7EA9-8D3C-4175-A919-8B09C8328477$$ $$graphic_45523217-7CD7-486C-990B-B1B4CFABCC3A$$
