Clinical use of cobicistat as a pharmacoenhancer of human immunodeficiency virus therapy

This article reviews the current literature, and compares the pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and safety of both pharmacoenhancers and discusses the clinical utility of cobicistat in up-to-date and future HIV therapy.
