Computed Tomography Features of Septic Pulmonary Embolism Caused by Klebsiella pneumoniae Liver Abscess Associated With Extrapulmonary Metastatic Infection
Conclusions: Multiple pulmonary nodules and DVS were associated with EMI. Hepatic and pulmonary vein invasion are possible causes underlying the metastatic spread of infection.
