Benign Nerve Sheath Myxoma in an Infant Misdiagnosed as Infantile Digital Fibromatosis

We present this case to emphasize that nerve sheath myxomas (also known as myxoid neurothekeoma) should be included in the differential diagnosis of dermal nodules in infants.
