Abstract A08: Concordance in patient and provider priorities and preferences to address behavioral risk factors for cancer health disparities interventions

Conclusions: Our findings emphasize the importance of actively engaging patient and provider stakeholders in efforts to develop interventions that address behavioral risk factors for cancer health disparities. While there is concordance between patients and providers in terms of the behavioral focus of interventions and barriers and facilitators to implementation, there may be discordance in terms of how the effects of interventions are monitored. Efforts to disseminate and implement evidence-based interventions into primary care should consider the preferences of both patients and providers.Citation Format: LaShanta J.
