Botulinum Toxin Treatment of Essential Tremor - A Customized Approach (S27.002)

CONCLUSIONS: This customized, blinded, EMG-guided injection study of incobotulinumtoxinA produced statistically significant improvement of tremor and patient satisfaction. Unacceptable hand weakness occurred in a small percentage of patients.
