Diagnostic Utility of Ultrasound in Diagnosis of Carpal Tunell Syndrome (P4.079)

Conclusions: Median nerve US is nearly as sensitive as EDx testing for the diagnosis of CTS. US may also have added value in detecting CTS in a select number of patients where EDx studies remain normal.
