​Blue Bell reports possible source of listeria outbreak

Blue Bell Creameries has traced the source of its listeria outbreak back to a small room at its plant in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, according to the Associated Press. The Brenham, Texas-based company told the Food and Drug Administration that clean equipment was stored in a room at the plant that had a floor drain.
