Mp51-18 post percutaneous nephrolithotomy hemorrhage: assessment of factors associated with a negative renal angiogram

Percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL) is a commonly used minimally invasive option for the management of complex renal stones. Although proven to be safe and effective, iatrogenic vascular complications requiring angioembolization (AE) remain a real concern. AE is a sensitive test to evaluate hemorrhage, however, up to 11% of patients are reported to have a negative study. We investigate factors associated with negative findings at time of renal angiography in patients with post-PCNL hemorrhage.
