Abstract This brief imaging case report highlights a successful bridge to lung transplantation after endobronchial coil assisted lung volume reduction procedure. Our patient was a 64-year-old male with severe emphysema (FEV1:19%, RV: 289%, TLC: 143%), on maximum medical regimen who was enrolled into the Lung Volume Reduction Coil Treatment (RENEW) Study.
