Conclusions: Neurodevelopmental disorders and concussion history should be jointly considered in evaluating concussed players. Clinical Relevance: Clinical judgments of self-reported symptoms and cognitive performance should be adjusted based on athletes' individual preinjury baselines or comparison with appropriate normative samples.
