The expert panel states: "Real change will only occur when everyone accepts this responsibility, and makes a concerted effort." Who produced the report? The report was produced by the Royal College of Physicians and the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health, and aimed to look at changes in the sources of air pollution over time, both indoors and outdoors. The report also looks to the future in assessing the impact of an ageing population and climate change, and the effect this has on society.
