High‐throughput sequencing of cerebrospinal fluid for diagnosis of chronic Propionibacterium acnes meningitis in an allogeneic stem cell transplant recipient

ConclusionsHigh‐throughput metagenomic shotgun sequencing revealed P. acnes as the cause of chronic meningitis that had eluded conventional attempts at diagnosis.
