Tripartite Motif 32 Prevents Pathological Cardiac Hypertrophy
In conclusion, our study indicates that TRIM32 plays a protective role in AB-induced pathological cardiac remodeling by blocking Akt-dependent signaling. Therefore, TRIM32 could be a novel therapeutic target for the prevention of cardiac hypertrophy and heart failure.
