Veterinary Disaster Triage

U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office of the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response, Office of Emergency Management, National Veterinary Response Team. 01/14/2016This 60-minute course provides information about how to understand the concept of disaster triage, recognize the differences between veterinary triage and human triage, and recognize the different types of disaster triage practiced. It discusses demonstrating familiarity with the modified Glasgow Coma Score, and being able to integrate into a triage system already being used, or perform initial triage.
