Functional Connectivity of Vim Nucleus in Tremor- and Akinetic-/Rigid-Dominant Parkinson's Disease.

CONCLUSIONS: This study demonstrates that the Vim nucleus has an important role in the tremor-related network, but not in the akinetic-/rigid-related network.
