Diffuse choroidal hemangioma masquerading as central serous chorioretinopathy treated with oral propranolol

Conclusion: Choroidal hemangioma can be mistaken clinically to be central serous chorioretinopathy. Oral propranolol is an effective and economical treatment option in patients not affording other standard modalities of treatment.
