Familial partial lipodystrophy as differential diagnosis of polycystic ovary syndrome.

CONCLUSIONS: Our case highlights the importance of assessment of adipose tissue distribution, as well as a significance of assessment of glucose tolerance and insulin resistance in the differential diagnosis of PCOS.
