Conclusion
Pulsatile tinnitus can be the presenting symptom of neurovascular disorders, some of which might have serious sequelae if not treated promptly. Detailed neurological and cardiovascular history is recommended in addition to radiological investigations in patients presenting with pulsatile tinnitus.
