Preeclampsia as a Manifestation of New-Onset Systemic Lupus Erythematosus during Pregnancy: A Case-Based Literature Review

Conclusion Our case and previous reports suggest that distinguishing underlying SLE from preeclampsia in the third trimester is particularly difficult.
