Most of the patients have anxiety against lung cancer and oncological therapeutic regimen and COPD. Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS) can charactarize anxiety (a) and depression (d).160 patients with COPD (n=104) and lung cancer (n=56) (FEV1: 50±20 %pred, age: 62±8 years, male (m): female(f)=88:72) participated. As a part of the complex respiratory support for COPD and perioperative pulmonary rehabilitation program there is a psychological training for 60 minutes every week and individualized psychological preparation.
