Randall Rutta

President and CEOIn January 2015, Randall Rutta transitioned to the role of President and Chief Executive Officer of Easter Seals, building on three decades of service to the organization, most recently as Chief Strategy Officer and Executive Vice President for Public Affairs. 
He has led and played integral roles in advancing public policy, service innovation, and philanthropic initiatives at all levels of the organization. Easter Seals annually serves 1.8 million people of all ages and abilities, providing an array of home and community-based services through a national affiliate network with 550 facilities and a multitude of local program sites. 
He champions Easter Seals’ pioneering heritage and frontline role in supporting the success of people and their families through all life' moments, addressing physical, mental, emotional, and social challenges so that each individual can reach for and realize their goals and aspirations.
