Local podiatrist pleads guilty to $1M in health care fraud
Roseville foot doctor Neil Van Dyck pleaded guilty Friday to more than $1 million in health care fraud.
Between 2009 and 2014, Van Dyck submitted fraudulent claims worth over $2.8 million to Medicare, Medi-Cal, Tricare and private insurers, court documents show. He was paid more than $1.2 million, including $1 million by Medicare, Medi-Cal and Tricare, the federal health care program for military personnel and dependents.
