Obama signs bill preserving the definition of 'small'
President Barack Obama has officially signed PACE — the Protecting Affordable Coverage for Employees Act, which was passed by Congress late last week.
The PACE Act, which maintains the definition of small group small businesses to between 1 and 50 employees, will prevent a provision in the Affordable Care Act from taking effect Jan. 1, 2016.
