Direct imaging of singlet oxygen luminescence in photodynamic therapy
In this study, a novel configuration of a NIR-sensitive camera and adaptive optics for fast imaging of singlet oxygen luminescence is developed, and the images of singlet oxygen luminescence generated in blood vessels in a dorsal skinfold window chamber model in vivo during V-PDT can be directly recorded.
