Business groups issue warning ahead of EPA decision on ozone limits

If the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency clamps down on ozone levels, cutting acceptable limits to 65 parts per billion, 15 counties representing about 90 percent of the state’s economic activity could come up short, according to a study by a business group.
