Senior care provider seeking $40M for new retirement community
Rerouting North Hamilton Road at the Route 161 interchange clears a path, literally, for the first new retirement community in 17 years for Methodist ElderCare Services.
The Columbus nonprofit is seeking to issue $40 million in bonds, mainly to finance construction of the proposed Wesley Woods in far northeast Columbus.
