SH2B1 is critical for the regulation of cardiac remodelling in response to pressure overload
Conclusion
Taken together, our data demonstrate, for the first time, that SH2B1 is a key positive mediator of pathological cardiac hypertrophy, and that it primarily acts by regulating JAK2/STAT3 signalling.
