Discussion on the Application of Rapid Immunoblot Assay for AQP4-IgG Detection

To the Editor We read with great interest the research finding by Fu et al, which presents a novel immunodot assay that is both highly efficient and user friendly for the detection of aquaporin 4 (AQP4) immunoglobulin G (IgG). The development of this assay holds significant importance in advancing early and accurate diagnosis of neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD). However, after reading this article, we would like to highlight several questions of interest.
