47. Navigating Health Misinformation on Social Media to Promote Adolescent Health

The objectives of this narrative review are to synthesize and summarize the scientific literature to date on the prevalence of health misinformation on social media and its impact on adolescents' health behaviors and well-being, discuss the potential of harnessing social media to promote adolescent health, and provide data-driven recommendations for navigating and mitigating misinformation spread via these platforms.
