Conclusions: Enhanced self-efficacy, reduced symptom distress, and lower general anxiety would improve QOL during chemotherapy for CRC patients. Implications for Practice: These instruments can help identify CRC patients at risk of low QOL for additional psychotherapy or specific treatment modifications.
