Genetic diversity and parentage assignment in Dojo loach, Misgurnus anguillicaudatus based on microsatellite markers

This study indicates that these M. anguillicaudatus resources are valuable genetic and breeding material for aquaculture and the microsatellite markers will be useful for investigation of genetic background and molecular marker-assisted selective breeding in this species.
