Dietary inflammatory potential is associated with higher odds of hepatic steatosis in US adults: a cross-sectional study

CONCLUSIONS: Our findings suggest that a diet score that is associated with inflammatory markers is associated with hepatic steatosis. Reducing or avoiding pro-inflammatory diets intake might be an attractive strategy for fatty liver disease prevention.PMID:37807893 | DOI:10.1017/S1368980023001970
