Your priorities right now should be to gain relevant experience to write in your personal statement. Try to volunteer in a hospital, write to doctors, contact your GP and see if you can arrange anything, read books, keep up to date with medical news, try to go to lectures if you can.... About exams: the UCAT is done independently from your school, you have to register yourself on the UCAT website to take it at an examination centre (they tend to be places where you also can do the driving theory test).
