Cigna QZ modifier change

Cigna starting to reimburse 15% less for qz modifier with other insurance companies expected to follow suit… what’s everyone’s thoughts on this? Ultimately pretty good for our profession. Wonder if the rural hospitals allowing crna only care will make a shift. More crnas moving to plastics?
