Learning from the Past to Grow the Future

March of 2020 brought about health care concerns that most Baby Boomers and Generations X, Y, and Z never could have imagined needing to endure. The COVID-19 pandemic forced an evaluation of personal relationships, work structures, and life boundaries. As more time passes between present day and this global event of 2020 to 2021, memories of the challenges and struggles the profession of nursing encountered will likely mature.
