Conclusion Le RIU avait une incidence élevé. Aim to report on the etiopathogenic, clinical and therapeutic aspects of iatrogenic urethral stricture (IUS). Patients and Methods prospective descriptive study gathering 28 patients treated for IUS in a urology department in Senegal from 1st January 2012 to 30 September 2013. The flow measurements was performed in 4 patients and showed a decrease in maximum urinary flow rate in favor of a urethral stricture. Uretrogram had confirmed urethral stenosis in 22 patients (79%) and the bulbar urethra was the predilection. Urethral dilatation metal candle was therapeutic means most noted. With a follow-up period of 13 mo...
