Incidental diagnosis of a rare pancreatic plasmacytoma with plasmablastic features
We report a case of a 78-year-old woman with a long-standing history of multiple myeloma noted to have pancreatic tail involvement with plasmacytoma with plasmablastic features. Multiple myeloma with plasmablastic transformation has a poor prognosis; hence, a multidisciplinary team approach is crucial to identify and initiate appropriate management in these cases.PMID:36578587 | PMC:PMC9762785 | DOI:10.1080/08998280.2022.2132790
