Pandemic Covid-19 and the risk of burnout among health personnel at Hassan II Hospital in Agadir, Morocco.
Conclusion: Health care personnel are confronted daily with social, physical and psychological suffering to which they cannot always respond. A prevention and care strategy is needed to limit the negative consequences of this suffering.
