Sentinel lymph node mapping in patients with endometrial hyperplasia: A practice to preserve or abandon?

CONCLUSIONS: SLN assessment appears safe, detects a small number of occult nodal metastases for those upstaged, and provides additional staging information that can guide adjuvant treatment.
