There are many medical schools that consider access courses, it's just that not all medical schools accept all access to HE courses - usually they only accept them from a set list of providers they have. These may be published on their website or they may be able to advise you on request if they will consider the provider of your access course for entry to their course. I'd be very surprised if no other medical schools will consider access courses if you have a degree.
That said, you have not given information about your previous degree - what subject did you study at uni, what classification did you get, how long ago did you graduate? This might inform things more.
Also, are you applying to standard entry medicine (5/6 year courses) as a graduate, or accelerated GEM (4 year) courses? If the latter you may not need the access course regardless of your prior de...
