Ot you could just look at this list of entry requirements for each Medical School - https://www.medschools.ac.uk/media/2...2023-entry.pdf - and see which ones dont nention A level Maths.
And btw, if you need a higher GCSE Maths grade, you can retake it this year - you'd just list the resit alongside your A levels as 'pending qualifications' and Unis would just add the GCSE grade as an extra condition to any offer.
