Rising Oregon stars in health, cleantech nab $300K from state
During her first State of the State address Friday, Gov. Kate Brown announced that five small Oregon companies would receive a combined $300,000 to fund innovation.
The grants come from Business Oregon, the state's economic development arm, and act as follow-on funding for awards from the federal Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) program.
The five companies that landed a combined $301,146 in state grants are:
