Oregon's federal health funding rises after 2013 downturn

In 2014, federal grants for bioscience in Oregon rose after a 2013 slump, according to the Oregon Bioscience Association’s 2014-15 Annual Report. Grant funding rose 6 percent last year from sources including the National Institutes of Health, Small Business Technology Transfer Program, Small Business Innovation Research program, Department of Defense and National Science Foundation.
