Synchronous dentigerous cyst and odontogenic keratocyst in mandible: case report
We report an uncommon synchronous occurrence of both lesions in a 46-year-old White man. The patient presented with bilateral asymptomatic unilocular well-demarcated radiolucent lesions of the mandible. The right lesion measured 2.5 cm and involved the crown of the third molar. The left lesion measured 4.0 cm, had scalloped margins, and extended apically along the root to the lower margin of the jaw.
