Acute progression of cerebral amyloid angiopathy-related inflammation diagnosed by biopsy in an elderly patient: A case report

CONCLUSION: Differential diagnosis between CAA-I and nonenhancing gliomas may be difficult using standard imaging studies in cases presenting with acute progression.
