RFA pain

Odd case yesterday and I'm hoping to get some hive mind input. Did an RFA on a patient and during the ablation around 70 degrees Celsius mark during ramp up the patient had significant axial low back pain. Prior to the burn Took AP,15,30, and lateral imaging and everything looked great. Motor testing negative too. Gave some additional lido 2% and restarted with repeat pain.
